Where : Ordering an item from Best Wall stickers? We ship items to all countries.
When : We ship the item within 5 business days after your payment has been received.
It usually takes 7-14 business days to arrive.
How much: Shipping cost is same for all countries and will be clearly stated in the description of item.

How : We ship all items from Hong Kong by International Air Mail. If you would like to have a tracking number of your parcels, additional US $2 will be required for REGISTERED MAIL. We do not responsible for the loss in case of any damage during shipping.
Taxes : We will mark all parcels as "GIFT" to avoid extra charges from customs office.
Please check with the customs office of your country before placing an order as every country has different taxes imposed on incoming parcels.

Delivery time:
International Air Mail: It normally take 10-15 business days for delivery.
Note: In case of France, Malta, New Caledonia, Mexico. It normally take three weeks for delivery.
Germany, Brazil, Spain buyer allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Because of strict customs.
Optional Service:
Global Express Mail with Tracking number / 3-5 business days for delivery: $22.00 for 1 item.

Return Policy:
Any item purchased for exchange or refund must be unworn, unwashed. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date.
Return is not applicable if customers has questions on item size / color and asking for exchange.
All postage costs will be covered by customers.
All related fees (shipping and return shipping fee) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all items in all cases.
We can not accept return of any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged.
